On Sunday 9 November, we will join communities across the country in honouring those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom as part of commemorations for Remembrance.

In Beeston, the Remembrance Parade will take place from 10.30am with a parade and a short service at the war memorial off Middle Street, including the two minutes silence at 11.00am, followed by a church service at Beeston Parish Church. Those wishing to join the event to pay their respects should gather along Middle Street. Road Closures To ensure everyone’s safety, road closures will be in place between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Please plan ahead and follow diversion signs where indicated. Other services will also be taking place across the Borough, please check with local Town and Parish Councils for full details.
