Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from businesses, community organisations and other prospective occupiers for 1-3 Nottingham Road, Stapleford, NG9 8AB, formerly known as The Old Rock.

As part of the Council's High Street Rental Auction (HSRA) programme, we are working to bring long-term vacant commercial properties back into productive use, helping to support local businesses, increase footfall and strengthen Stapleford town centre.

The aim is to reduce vacancy, encourage investment and create new opportunities for businesses and community organisations.
