Free Summer Fun Days coming to Broxtowe for the school holidays!

Summer Fun Day at Eastwood – supported by Eastwood Town Council

Summer Fun Day at Chilwell

• 12:00pm – 4:00pm
• Inham Nook Recreation Ground, NG9 4GY
• Free event parking on site

Activities include (*some activities may incur a small fee):

• Pinxton puppet and magic shows
• Fair ground rides*
• Cool science workshops
• Skate Nottingham demos, coaching and workshops for 7+ (Eastwood)
• Under 5’s activities
• Inflatable slide*
• Wee Donkey Company (Chilwell)
• KMX Carting (Chilwell)
• Cultural Zone
• Community stalls
• Food and drink
• And much more!

Portfolio Holder for Health and Leisure, Councillor Teresa Cullen, said, “Putting on free events for a low-cost day out for families has always been a priority for us in Broxtowe, and this year we’ll be having our Fun Days across three different school holidays – providing low-cost fun right throughout the year.

“These events are always such a fantastic opportunity for communities to come together, for families and friends to meet and for children of all ages to have fun play outside in our parks. These events have always been popular among our residents, and I’m sure our two Summer Fun Days will be no different!”

Our final Fun Day of the year will come to Stapleford for the October half-term at the Stapleford Community Pavilion.

Residents are encouraged to walk, cycle, or take public transport to these events.
