Discover the history of Bennerley Viaduct with new free storytelling sessions! Local theatre group Beeston Players have transformed a poem about the history of Bennerley Viaduct into storytelling sessions, ‘Iron Giant: A Valley’s Story’, to be performed on the skywalk of the ‘Iron Giant’ itself. There'll also be live music and street performers will be wondering around the grounds with industrial and railway themed music and performances as well as a chance to chat with Friends of Bennerley Viaduct volunteers and grab a coffee and cake at their new visitor centre. Free parking is available on site for Blue Badge Holders but booking is essential, please contact events@broxtowe.gov.uk with your registration plate and contact details to reserve a spot.
