Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a work programme that sets out how and when the Council will prepare and revise its planning policies in development plan documents (DPDs).

An updated Local Development Scheme(.pdf)(4MB)(Opens in New Window) (Opens in a New Window) has been prepared and is subject to Council approval on 17th December 2025.
