🚴‍♀️ Free Cycle Confidence Sessions- Booking essential. Fancy a confidence boost on two wheels? 🚲💚 Whether you’re getting back into cycling or want to build on your skills, our Family Cycle Skills & Confidence session will help you feel more comfortable and in control. Our friendly instructors will help you in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. 🚲 Basic cycling ability is needed to take part 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Ages from 5 plus (under 14s must be accompanied by an adult) 🚲 Bikes and helmets available to borrow, or bring your own Build your confidence at your own pace and enjoy your cycling! 😊 Thanks to GEDA Construction for generously funding these sessions. Instructions You can bring your own bike and helmet for the lesson, or borrow one from RideWise – just let us know your height on the booking form. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather. Gloves are advised for when it's cooler, waterproofs if it's raining or snowing, and sunscreen if we're lucky to get sunshine! Wear flat-soled shoes if possible.
